Mr. Bernie Chow, BS/ME has been serving as president since 2000. Mr. Chow has held many executive positions with USA companies in various industries. His experiences include manufacturing, product development, setup of new companies and facilities, investments and consulting. His current focus is in real estate and technology investments between USA and China.
Mr. Benjamin Wang, BA/MA is serving as VP of Marketing and Business Development in China. He is well connected with major businesses in USA and China. He is also well connected with both China and USA governments. He is currently Chairman of Sichuan American Chamber of Commerce in China in which many USA fortune 500 companies are members.
Mr. Zhiguo Wang, BA is serving as Advisor/China Business Development. He has served with the Chinese government as Vice Chairman, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Executive Committee. He is also on the Board Directors for the China Non-Governmental Science and Technology Entrepreneurs Association. He is well connected to all levels ofgovernment and business in China.
Mr. Bob Spence, BA is serving as Advisor/USA Investment. He has been involved in real estate, development and investments successfully for over 25 years in the USA. He is currently affiliated with SVN, one of the top commercial real estate firms in USA.
Mr. James Renzas, is serving as Advisor/USA Investment. He is the principal of RSH, specializes in site selection, cost segregation and corporate tax incentives in USA for the past 30 years. He is well connected with all levels of USA government and business/trade organizations. He was one of four experts selected by the United States Senate Finance Committee to testify on the use of incentives related to the Cuno v. Ohio case in 2006. He is currently advising the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration on strategies for increasing foreign investment in the United States. Jim was formerly President and CEO of Location Management Services, a site selection and incentives management company whose clients included The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy, FedEx Ground, Bank of America, and General Electric Finance. He has experience in a broad range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, distribution, food processing, bio-fuels, photovoltaic energy, and development. He has assisted over 250 clients select the optimal location for new corporate facilities and has participated in over 2,000 incentives negotiation projects in the last five years.
